Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sessions app and services ("Sessions"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Sessions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Sessions. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the sessions, clips, photos, and other content you create. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the app (for example, showing your public posts in the feed or your Circle content to that Circle's members). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual backup copies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes others' rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours
• Disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use Sessions to spam or distribute malware

We provide reporting and blocking tools, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Wallets, badges & challenges

Sessions provisions an embedded wallet for future badges and rewards. Badges are for recognition and currently have no monetary value. Any challenges or prize features are governed by their own rules presented in-app and may change or be discontinued.

Termination

You may stop using Sessions and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimers

Skateboarding carries inherent risk. Sessions is a logging and social tool, not a coaching or safety service — skate within your ability and follow local rules. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sessions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
